FEBRUARY 2026 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS REPORT MIRA MESA COMMUNITY PARK PHASE II IMPROVEMENTS.

Phase II is ongoing, click to see the progress.

Construction Progress Period of January 20 to February 20:

We are currently in the second rainy season (October–April).  Heavy rainfall during the period of January 20 through February 19 resulted in 4 additional rainy delay days. The total number of non-compensable delay days to date is now 24 since project commencement.

Due to continued unauthorized activity and an increase in vandalism at the construction site—particularly during nighttime hours—the contractor has also hired a security guard. The guard is now present on site during nonbusiness hours, Monday through Friday, and throughout the weekend to help secure the site.
